We have a 2-Day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Currently returns are only available to Jiva Petani. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, undamaged, untampered or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and the Standard Unboxing Video by the Sahabat Jiva.
Within 2 days of receiving the goods, get in touch with the Customer Experience team at halo@jiva.ag or call us at 021 30000909. The return request must contain the photo of the order receipt and the Standard Unboxing Video by the Sahabat Jiva. The return request will be processed by the Fulfilment team within 2 working days. Please note that the return needs to be sent back to the warehouse of origin as noted on the purchase receipt.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The refund will be processed and sent to the verified account.
